Our dedicated support team will assess the issue and provide the necessary guidance for repair or replacement. In case a replacement is required, we will arrange for the shipping of the replacement product to you. Please note that we will cover any shipping costs associated with warranty claims.

Please remember that our warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications to the product. It also does not cover normal wear and tear or damage resulting from improper care or maintenance.
