We want you to be completely satisfied with your Plantone purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, you can initiate a return within 30 days of receiving your product. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original packaging and the same condition as when you received it.

To start the return process, please get in touch with our customer support team at support@getplantone.com. They will guide you through the return process and provide you with the necessary instructions and return address. 

We will process your refund within 2-3 business days. The refund will be issued back to your original payment method.
